What teams are coming to the 2010 Northeast Utilities FIRST CT Regional?
Over 55 teams from Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Brazil are scheduled to attend the 2010 Northeast Utilities Regional. Check out the full team list. (note: team list may change without notice)
The FIRST Robotics Competition is a unique varsity sport of the mind designed to help high school students discover the interesting, rewarding and exciting life of engineering. The FIRST Robotics Competition challenges teams of students and their mentors to solve a common problem in a six-week time frame, using a standard "kit of parts" and a common set of rules. Teams build robots from the parts and enter them in competitions designed by Dean Kamen, Dr. Woodie Flowers and a committee of engineers and other professionals.
CT FIRST is Connecticut’s planning and operating organization for FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology).
