Team Readiness Survey
In an effort to get all teams through inspections on Thursday and onto the playing field on Friday, we will be asking all teams to fill out a Team Readiness Survey. This survey will be available closer to the Regional..
Promotional Posters
Help us promote the 2012 Northeast Utilities FIRST Connecticut Regional. Posters will be made available for you to print out and hang-up in your community.
Team Lunch Order Form
We are currently working to determine the availability of pre-ordered lunches for teams. More information will be posted once it is available.
Team Social
Planning for a team social is currently underway. While we cannot guarantee that there will be one, we are working our hardest to put something together.
Load-in/Load-out Procedures (Including Bag-and-Tag information)
Load-in/Load-out Procedures for this Regional will be posted once they have been approved by the Regional Planning Committee, Event Manager and Venue. The procedures contain important information and rules on the Wednesday evening load-in, Thursday morning load-in, and Saturday afternoon post-competition load-out. We recommend printing the procedures and bringing a copy with you.

WEDNESDAY EVENING LOAD-IN: We hope to be able to offer load-in on Wednesday evening... but a lot of work has to be done first... and we are working on it. Once details have been finalized (and approved), we will post them here.

Where to Eat
Outside food and beverages cannot be brought into the Convention Center during the CT Regional. Concessions are available within the Convention Center. Please take a look at the Downtown Dining Guide for dining options within downtown Hartford. Getting Around
The Star Shuttle is a great way to get around Downtown Hartford, and includes stops throughout downtown Hartford, and at the Connecticut Convention Center.
Where to Sleep
The 2012 Northeast Utilities FIRST Connecticut Regional has been selected to participate in the FIRST Regional Hotel Program. This means that you can view and book hotels for the CT Regional through the FIRST Housing website.

Where to Park
Parking is available at the Convention Center's Parking Garage. To help reduce your cost (and the impact on the environment), we recommend minimizing the number of vehicles you bring to the Regional.
Additional parking is also available near the Convention Center. Please visit the Hartford Parking Authority's website, or view the Greater Hartford Art's Council's Downtown Hartford Parking Map. (On the map, the Convention Center's parking garage is Number 49 and can be found on the far right side of the map, right near the Founders Bridge.)
